Waseela Somalia Association brought the joy of Eid al-Adha to underprivileged families by distributing sacrificial meat to hundreds of households who could not otherwise afford to celebrate the holiday traditionally.
As part of its annual Eid al-Adha relief program, Waseela Somalia Association organized the slaughtering and fair distribution of sacrificial animals to ensure that families living in difficult economic conditions could share in the blessings and spirit of the holy occasion.
Volunteers and staff worked tirelessly during the festive days to reach remote neighborhoods and vulnerable communities. Packages of fresh meat were delivered directly to families’ doors, bringing not only food but also smiles and hope for a better tomorrow.
Through this initiative, Waseela Somalia aims to strengthen community ties, promote solidarity, and remind people that no one should be left alone during times of celebration. The association extends its heartfelt thanks to all donors and supporters whose contributions made this meaningful project possible.
Waseela Association remains committed to supporting orphans, widows, and low-income families through various humanitarian projects throughout the year, including food distributions, education programs, and health services.
